Carmel McCavana - Executive Director
- What do you do at NICE?
- I am the Director for want of a better word. I do everything from fundraising accounts cooking cleaning driving the bus and anything else that comes along
- How long have you been at NICE?
- I have been working full-time for NICE since 1992
- What did you do before NICE?
- I worked as a youth worker in Derry and in Belfast at St Oliver Plunkett Youth Club in Lenadoon,my last job was working with young offenders and disaffected young people in West Belfast
- Favourite band or artist:
- I love listening to music so have loads of different artists basically anone who can sing a song ! The Beatles, Cara Dillon Simon and Garfunkel, Michael Buble, Christy Moore, Duncan Browne, David Gray, Stevie Wonder, etc etc
- Favourite TV show or film:
- Match of the day, Lost, Heroes and movies with a good ending!
- Your Hobbies:
- Golf, reading, swimming in the sea ( in summer!) walking eating out.
- Best NICE memory:
- Too many to mention, but going to the USA as a chaperone was one of the highlights going to Yankee Stadium for the first time and just seeing the growth of the programme over the years and recognising how far we have come

Grainne McKenna - Centre Manager
- What do you do at NICE?
- Nothing like it says on the tin. Im called the Centre Manager, but in essence I am responsible for anything to do with Community Relations, training, Public Relations and International work.
- How long have you been at NICE?
- Since Sept 1999
- What did you do before NICE?
- I was the Community Relations Officer for Dungannon District Council, doing a very similar job to what I do in NICE, only mainly with adult groups.
- Favourite band or artist:
- Too many to mention, but the Boss will always reign supreme!
- Favourite TV show or film:
- I hate blood and guts and gore, so suprisingly ER is my favourite programme, I just cover my eyes when anything surgical comes on! Im also one of the saddo's who are addicted to Big Brother :-(
- Your Hobbies:
- It used to be farming until I met a certain city boy who wasnt fussed on agricultural smells!!!!! Now Im quite into Yoga and soon to be quite into nappy chnaging, hopefully :-)
- Best NICE memory:
- Working in Bradet orphanage in Romania, or singing round the camp fire!

- Long winded therefore: Bossy, brilliant, creative, motivated, impatient, passionate, careful, bad tempered, organised, caring, the list goes on and on and on......
Joe Loughlin - Youth Projects Manager

- I'm the Youth Porgrammes Manager!
- How long have you been at NICE?
- Almost six years
- What did you do before NICE?
- Worked in Health Promotion
- Favourite band or artist:
- Prince... he rocketh !!

- Gladiator

- Watching 36 sausage rolls go into the air in slow motion and land on a dirty, sandy floor... thanks :)

- How long have you been at NICE?

- Ive always been here lol

Alison Dougherty - Schools Community Relations Programme Co-ordinator
- What do you do at NICE?
- I co-ordinate the Schools Programme - Growing up in a Divided Society.
- How long have you been at NICE?
- The newest member of staff! I started in July 2006.
- What did you do before NICE?
- I worked for SELB, with a Boardwide remit - so lots of travelling! I offered accredited training to young people in areas of social need.

- Snow Patrol

- Swimming and spoiling my friend's Boxer dog (Robbie).
- Best NICE memory:
- My first week here - the place was filled with the noise of young people on a summer scheme. It was a 'NICE' welcome!

Maureen McCabe - Admin/Catering Co-ordinator

- Website designer
- How long have you been at NICE?
- Since 2001 - ages!!
- What did you do before NICE?
- I was at Rathmore Grammar School.
- Favourite band or artist:
- Too many to narrow down! U2, Chili Peppers, Muse, John Mayer, Foy Vance, Duke Special to name a few.
- Favourite TV show or film:
- Scrubs for TV, Shawshank Redemption for film.
- Your Hobbies:
- I'm a member of Queen's Triathlon Club, and love all three events (swim, cycling and running). I did my first marathon, triathlon and duathlon in 2007, although not at the same time!
- Best NICE memory:
- Probably the orientation in Ballycastle with the volunteers in 2001.
